This should be done at the most appropriate site, which is your point of your entry into Canada.
Non-Resident Firearm Declaration forms are available for download, or by calling 1 800 731- 4000 (Canada and U.S.) or 1-506-624-5380 (other countries) and from all Customs offices across Canada.
The procedure may vary at the different points of entry.
Notice to Non-Residents Bringing Firearms into Canada

Pre-processing of the Non-Resident Firearm Declaration (Form 909 EF) is available through Customs offices at some high traffic land border and airport entry points.

Please note:

The Non-Resident Firearms Declaration
(Form 909E/F)
and its continuation sheet
(Form 910E/F)
must be presented in triplicate, and unsigned, at the border.

Photocopies of declaration forms made, may be denied.

In addition, you must have your firearms with you at the point of entry when you have your declaration confirmed.

If you have a valid FAC or possession and acquisition license, you do not need to fill in a declaration form or pay a fee.
